Why the direct-payment minimum is lower

Direct USDC and connected-wallet swaps avoid Relay’s flat execution fee. These measured examples show the impact on the Relay path:

Credits stay until you use them: Credits never expire and buy inference only. They cannot be withdrawn. Refunds are service credit.
Keep your key and dashboard link: Both are secrets. Your dashboard link can replace a lost key. If you lose both without adding recovery, access cannot be restored.
Choose a payment minimum: $0.50 for direct Solana payments. $5 for other crypto. Cards require $20 when available.
Review the quote: Crypto deposits have no MiniRouter fee. Network and swap costs are separate; your credits match the USDC received.
